Sausage Skewers

Ingredients

2/3 cup Roberts Butter
2/3 cup kummel
40 cocktail sausages
40 small mushrooms, washed and drained

Preparation

Combine butter and kummel; heat until butter melts. Sauté sausages and mushrooms in butter mixture over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until golden. Spear a sausage and a mushroom on toothpick. Serve hot.

Yield: 40
