Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

3 tablespoons grated cheese
3 tablespoons Roberts Butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups Roberts Milk
6 large potatoes
1/4 green pepper

Preparation

Put cheese and butter in pan. When melted, add flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Cook till smooth and creamy. Add milk slowly, stirring until well blended. Cook till thickened. Pare potatoes and slice thin. Chop the pepper. Put a layer of potatoes in a greased casserole and sprinkle with chopped pepper. Add another layer of potatoes and so on until dish is filled. Pour the cheese sauce over all. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
