Seafood-Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 package (3 ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 package (3 ounce) lime-flavored gelatin
2 cups hot water
2 cups mayonnaise
3 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped celery
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 can (7 1/2 ounce) crab meat, drained and flaked
1 can (6 1/2 ounce) tuna, drained and flaked
salad greens, optional
Preparation
Combine gelatin; dissolve in hot water; stir in mayonnaise. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold remaining ingredients, except salad greens, into gelatin mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve on salad greens, if desired.
