Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fettuccine noodles, about 7-8 ounces
1 teaspoon margarine
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup Roberts Milk
1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 cups Surimi (imitation crab meat) or 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp or flaked tuna
Preparation
Cook and drain noodles according to package directions. Set aside. Melt margarine in sauce pan, sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic over medium heat. Stir in milk and cream cheese, then the Parmesan cheese, dill weed and pepper. Continue stirring and cooking until cream cheese is melted. Stirring is necessary, so as not to burn the milk. When cream cheese is melted, add the crab meat, shrimp, or flaked tuna (whichever you decideto use) and the cooked noodles. Heat through and serve hot. This is a good dish to make ahead and heat in the microwave or oven for impromptu arrivals.
