Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon
1/2 cup hot water
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1/3 cup sesame seed
3 cups toasted bread cubes
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 Roberts Egg, slightly beaten

Preparation

Dissolve instant beef bouillon in hot water. Saute chopped celery and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Toast sesame seed in a 350° oven 10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Combine all ingredients, tossing lightly until thoroughly mixed. Use for chicken, turkey, Cornish hens, pork chops or crown roast of pork or lamb.

Yield: 3 cups
