Sherbet Punch

Ingredients

1/2 gallon Roberts Sherbet
1/2 gallon (8 cups) Roberts Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 quart (4 cups) lemon-lime carbonated beverage

Preparation

In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, soften half of sherbet. Gradually blend in milk with rotary beater until sherbet is thoroughly combined with milk. Stir in vanilla extract. Just before serving, add carbonated beverage. Garnish with scoops of remaining sherbet.

Yield: 3 quarts

Notes:

For a festive touch, serve beverages in glasses with sugared rims.
