Sherried Cheddar Spread

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Milk
1/3 cup sherry
1/4 teaspoon mace
16 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon chopped chives

Preparation

Combine milk, sherry, mace and half of cheese, mixing until smooth. Add remaining cheese and chives, again mixing until smooth.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Notes: When preparing your own dip recipe, use Roberts Sour Cream, Half and Half or Milk to make it spreadable. You'll be adding extra nutrition, too.
