Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup Roberts Butter
1 pound cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream
1/3 cup catsup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper and onion juice to taste
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter about 10 minutes, or until nicely browned. Mix together sauteed mushrooms, cooked shrimp and cooked rice. Combine whipping cream, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onion juice; add to shrimp mixture. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Place in a well-buttered 2 quart casserole or baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
