Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

2 packages (3 ounces each) lime-flavored gelatin
2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 pound cleaned cooked shrimp, chilled
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Prepare gelatin according to package directions; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cottage cheese. Pour into a 6 cup mold; chill until firm. Unmold gelatin onto serving platter and place chilled shrimp around base. Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise, blending thoroughly; serve with salad.
