Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces large thin slices of smoked salmon
30 Melba toast rounds

Preparation

Spread cream cheese on salmon; roll up as for jelly roll. Refrigerate. Slice and serve on Melba toast rounds.

Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
