S'More Shrimp

Ingredients

1 pound average-size shrimp in shell
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Rhine wine
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation

Snip shrimp through shell with sharp knife to remove veins; rinse and drain. Leave shrimp in the shell and place in baking pan. Sprinkle shrimp with ingredients in order given. Marinate at room temperature for several hours. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Yield: 26 to 30
