Soft White Frosting

Ingredients

4 Roberts Egg Whites
pinch salt
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla extract, in top of a double boiler. Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until hot. Remove from heat and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes; stir in vanilla extract until well-blended.
