Soup-er Salmon Bake

Ingredients
12 ounces canned salmon or tuna
1/2 cup green beans, cooked and drained
1/2 cup sliced carrots, cooked and drained
2 cups hot cooked rice
1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup Cheddar cheese soup
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup toasted bread crumbs
Preparation
Drain and flake salmon or tuna; remove and discard any skin or bones. Mix together fish, green beans, carrots and rice. Stir dry soup mix into boiling water; heat 5 minutes. Blend in cheese soup and pepper; fold sauce into fish-rice mixture. Place in a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
