Sour Cream Devil's Food Cake

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs well beaten
1 1/2 cups Roberts Sour Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons boiling water
2 teaspoons baking soda

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, sugar and salt; add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla, boiling water and the baking soda. Mix and pour into a greased an 8x8 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean when it's inserted in the middle of the cake. Serve with your favorite frosting or fruit sauce. Raspberry sauce would be good.
