Sour Cream Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
2 Roberts Eggs
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine brown sugar, sour cream, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chopped raisins and nuts. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto buttered baking sheets. Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes.
