Sour Cream Rum Dipping Sauce

2008 Holiday Recipe Contest Entry

Ingredients

2 c. Robert's sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 T. rum
1/2 c. coconut
Fresh fruit

Preparation

Measure first four ingredients into small mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Add coconut and mix. Use as a dipping sauce for fresh fruit (strawberries, pineapple, etc.). Makes about 3 cups.
