Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Gently fold all ingredients together until well-blended. Cover and chill several hours. Serve over fresh fruit; garnish with nutmeg, if desired.
Yield: 1 cup
