Sour Cream Topping

Ingredients

2 cups Roberts Sour Cream
2 Roberts Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar fruit, optional cinnamon

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sour cream and beaten egg. Mix flour and sugar together; stir into sour cream mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Chopped apples, plums, peaches or cherries may be added on top of dough, if desired. Spread cooked topping over dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake as directed.

Yield: topping for 2 coffee cakes
