Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients

4 Roberts Eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup (part light, if desired) 1 1/2 cups pecan halves 1-10 inch unbaked crust Sweetened Whipped Cream

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; stir in sugar, corn syrup and pecans, mixing well. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of filling tests clean. Cool completely. Serve with Sweetened Whipped Cream.
