Sparklin' Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
3 tablespoons chopped pimento
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients well; cover and chill thoroughly. Serve in tomato cups, on lettuce leaves or mixed with tuna on toast.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups
