Special Brunch Souffle

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Roberts Butter, softened
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
12 slices day-old bread
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 Roberts Eggs
4 1/2 cups Roberts Milk
2 teaspoons salt dash pepper
Preparation
Mix butter and prepared mustard together well. Trim crusts from bread; spread slices with butter mixture, Cube bread slices. Spread cubes in a well-buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle bread cubes with grated cheese. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes and allow to stand 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
