Special Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

1 can (18 ounce) sweet potatoes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Roberts Butter, melted
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Mash potatoes and beat until fluffy; fold in brown sugar, melted butter, raisins, nuts, salt and spices. Spoon potato mixture into a buttered 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Just before removing from oven, dot with marshmallows; bake until marshmallows are lightly browned.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
