Spicy Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1/2 cup Roberts Half and Half

Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Roberts Butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup catsup

Preparation

Mix ingredients for meatballs together well. Form in 1 inch balls and place in single layer in baking pan. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare Sauce. Sauce Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 2 cups
