Spicy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

4 large potatoes     
1/2 cup Roberts Skim Milk
1 cup Roberts Trim n’ Lite Sour Cream
1 tablespoon minced dried onion
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash

Preparation

In a saucepan of water, put peeled, cubed potatoes and cook until fork tender. Drain and mash. Add milk, sour cream, onion and dill. Mix again. Serves 4-5. I use Mrs. Dash to eliminate the salt and the light sour cream to reduce the fat calories. Good for lowering cholesterol. I hope this recipe will help us all stay healthy.
