Spicy Sausage Dressing

Ingredients

6 cups coarse bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 pound Farmer Frank's Pork Sausage
1 can (20 ounce) whole tomatoes, drained
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 Roberts Eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, garlic salt and seasoned salt. Toast in 300° oven, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and crisp. Fry sausage until brown, breaking into small pieces with a fork as it cooks; drain well. Chop tomatoes very fine. Thoroughly mix crumbs, sausage and chopped tomatoes with remaining ingredients. Use with chicken, turkey or vegetables.

Yield: about 8 cups
