Spicy Turkey Soup

Ingredients

1 pound turkey sausage
1 large yellow onion
4-5 gloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces cream cheese
1 carton (48 ounce) chicken broth
2 cans diced tomatoes (with onions, garlic if desired)
1 box orzo pasta
1 quart Roberts Whipping Cream

Preparation

In stock pot, brown sausage with chopped onion, garlic, pepper, paprika, basil and salt. Once browned, drain off any residual liquid. Add cream cheese and mix until melted. Add chicken broth and tomatoes continue cooking on medium heat. After soup mixture has heated, add whipping cream. In another pot, cook pasta according to package directions and then add to soup. You may add more paprika, salt and basil to taste.
