Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 package (10 ounce) frozen spinach, thawed
1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained
2/3 cup Roberts Sour Cream (regular or light)
1 cup cream cheese (regular or light)
1/3 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
2 teaspoons garlic powde

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop artichoke hearts into whatever size you like (or use a food processor). Mix together cheeses, spinach and artichoke hearts. Combine remaining four ingredients and add to spinach mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
