Springtime Asparagus

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounce) frozen asparagus spears
1/2 cup chopped peeled fresh tomato
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Cook asparagus according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate saucepan; heat slowly. Drain asparagus and serve with sauce.

Yield: 4 servings
