Strawberry-Banana Squares

Ingredients

2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry-banana-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (13 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple
1 package (16 ounce) frozen sliced strawberries
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add undrained fruits. Chill until slightly thickened. Add mashed banana. Pour half the mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish; chill until firm. Do not chill remaining gelatin. Spread sour cream over chilled mixture and top with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.
