Ingredients
3 boxes (3 ounces) packages of strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium bananas, sliced
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 carton (8 ounces) Roberts Sour Cream
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in the fruit and pecans. Spray a 13 x 9-inch glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into the dish and chill until firm. Store the remaining mixture at room temperature.
Spread sour cream on the firm gelatin. Spoon remaining mixture over the sour cream. Cover and chill until firm.
