Ingredients
1 package (3 ounce) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 pint (2 cups) Roberts Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
1 cup drained sliced strawberries
1-9 inch baked crust
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; spoon in softened ice cream, stirring until ice cream melts and mixture is well-blended. Chill mixture until slightly thickened, about 15 to 25 minutes. Fold strawberries into chilled mixture; pour into baked pie crust and chill until firm. Garnish with additional fresh strawberries. (Keep refrigerated.)
