Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 can (8 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup water
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream, whipped

Preparation

Combine gelatin, undrained pineapple and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon into an 8 x 4 x 3 inch baking dish and chill until firm.

Serving a crowd? Chill gelatin salads in large bread pans; unmold and slice to serve.
