Sugar-Glazed Walnuts

Sugar-Glazed Walnuts are delightful for snacking or gift-giving. Try substituting almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans or pistachio nuts for the walnuts.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pound walnut halves
Preparation
Melt butter; add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in walnuts, mixing to coat. Bake in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking pan at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yield: 1 pound
