Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Roberts Egg
2/3 cup Roberts Milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients except water and sour cream; shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Brown in skillet; add water and simmer, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes. Spread with sour cream and serve immediately.
