Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
2 cups Roberts Milk
2 tablespoons melted Roberts Butter
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Combine eggs, milk and butter and beat well. Add dry ingredients gradually, beating constantly during addition. Pour 3 tablespoons batter onto hot griddle for each cake and bake till top is bubbly and edges look cooked. Turn and cook till remaining side is brown. Fill with jelly, preserves or fruit, roll and dust with powdered sugar. Or serve plain and offer maple syrup.
