Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 medium green pepper
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Preparation
In a saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, pineapple juice and seasonings; heat. Process green pepper and onion in blender until well-mixed; add with paprika and catsup to vinegar mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into sauce until it thickens and is clear.
