Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients

1 can (18 ounce) sweet potatoes
1/2-1 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cups diced celery
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes; add chopped onion, diced celery, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix ingredients together well and chill.
