Sweetened Whipped Cream

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Chill beaters and mixing bowl well. Whip whipping cream until soft peaks form and cream mounds nicely when dropped from a spoon, gradually adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract. (Overheating will result in cream turning to butter.)

Yield: 2 cups

Notes:

To keep mixing bowl in place when whipping cream, place bowl on a wet cloth. Watch carefully to whip cream only until soft peaks form.
