Swiss Cheese Spread

Ingredients

8 ounces Swiss cheese, finely grated
1/4 cup finely chopped ripe olives
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
dash garlic salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Serve as a spread for crackers or as a filling for celery sticks.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
