Tart Bacon Dressing

Ingredients

1 Roberts Egg, hard-cooked and chopped
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

Preparation

Combine chopped egg, vinegar, bacon and mayonnaise; stir in sugar, salt and pepper. (Keep refrigerated.) Serve on tossed green salads, shredded spinach, dandelion greens or cooked green beans.
