Tasty Potato Soup

Ingredients

 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes (water to cover potatoes); don't drain
1/3 cup chopped, cooked onions or use onion flakes
1/2 cup diced celery and shredded carrots
2 tablespoons Roberts Unsalted Butter
3 tablespoons flour
4 cups Roberts Skim Milk
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
salt, pepper
2 cubes instant chicken bouillon to taste
1/2 cup cubed meat of your choice

Preparation

Place potatoes and onions in medium sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a rolling boil, then lower heat and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes and onion are soft. Melt butter and flour to thicken. Add potatoes (may be puréed, blended as desired) and vegetables, followed by milk, nutmeg and seasonings to taste. Cook on medium heat until hot (do not boil). For a heartier version, add the bouillon and cubed meat.
