Preparation

Place a 4 to 6 pound beef tenderloin on rack in roasting pan; brush with melted Roberts Butter. If desired, cut small pockets in meat and insert slices of garlic. Roast at 450 to 500 for 30 to 50 minutes, depending on desired degree of doneness. Slice and serve immediately.

Yield: 8 to 12 servings
