Texas Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups mashed yams or sweet potatoes
6 tablespoons Roberts Butter, melted
1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
6 tablespoons Roberts Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients in bowl. Pour into greased glass baking dish. Do not cover. Bake 15 minutes. While potatoes are baking, add the cornflakes, brown sugar and nuts to the butter. Mix well. Spread on top of potatoes after 15 minutes. Bake an additional 15 minutes and serve.
