Thousand Island Dressing

Cookbook

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup drained sweet pickle relish
1/8 teaspoon salt
diced celery, optional
Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked and chopped, optional
chopped onion, optional

Preparation

Combine all ingredients well; cover and chill. (Keep refrigerated.) Serve with crisp salad greens.

Yield: 2 cups
