Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can (8 ounce) French-style green beans, drained
1 can (8 ounce) wax beans, drained
1 can (8 ounce) kidney beans, washed and drained
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 medium green pepper, cut in julienne strips

Preparation

Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss drained beans, sliced onion and green pepper strips together; pour dressing over all. (May be stored up to 1 week in refrigerator.)
