Preparation

Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut bread slices into interesting shapes, avoiding crusts. Spread each with Roberts Butter and toast under broiler until nicely browned. Butter untoasted side and proceed with desired topper. Toast crusts and scraps, unbuttered, under broiler and then crush. Save for recipes calling for bread crumbs.
