Toasted Cheese Rounds

Ingredients

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
rye bread rounds

Preparation

Mix ingredients together well; spread on light rye bread rounds. Place on ungreased baking sheet and broil until golden and puffy.

Yield: 1 1/2 dozen
