Ingredients
⅛ cup Roberts Butter
1 onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 cups water
4 cups raw potatoes, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup Roberts Whipping Cream
Preparation
Melt the butter in large saucepan. Add onion and celery. Cover. Cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Blend in flour. Add water, potatoes and salt, continue stirring. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add Roberts Whipping cream. Heat thoroughly. Best potato soup all my friends have ever eaten.
