Tomato-Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients

3-5 pounds pork loin roast
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) tomato soup
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Roast pork loin at 325° for 2 1/4 to 3 1/2 hours, or 45 minutes per pound. About 1 hour before meat is done, pour off drippings and discard. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Continue roasting for 1 hour, basting often with sauce.

Yield: 6 servings
