Tuna and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Roberts Milk
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1 can (6 1/2 ounce) tuna, drained and flaked
3 cups hot cooked noodles
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup grated pasteurized process cheese spread

Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add cottage cheese, tuna, noodles, onion and green pepper. Pour into a lightly buttered 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese spread on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
